Our Story
Way back in the early 1980's David Liguori's first passion was education, but after receiving his degree and taking a teaching position, he found he was still searching for something more. During this time he met a quirky college professor who introduced him to the concepts of alternative energy and sustainability. David was immediately drawn to the idea of making the world a 'greener' place.
As life took its turns, David found himself in California pursuing his second passion, construction. Now, after more than 25 years in the field he's found a way to combine the two things he loves to do - build and educate - while making a significant positive impact on the environment.

For almost two decades, David has been leveraging his depth of experience and knowledge to design and enhance pervious concrete in Northern California. As the Bay Area's only NRMCA Certified Craftsman he has the expertise to provide your project with superior design consultation, a true-cost estimate, and hassle-free installation. He is an active member of numerous national pervious concrete committees, including ACI and ASTM, and a board member on the National Pervious Concrete Pavement Association. With his education background he is also a true resource for all the latest information regarding pervious concrete.

A proud Bay Area native, Hannah was very fortunate to have a vibrant upbringing with adventures all along the peninsula. Having spent previous years in local government, specifically Sustainability and Public Works, her arrival afforded her an opportunity to furnish new perspectives on policies and procedures with an environmentally conscious lens. Hannah continues to serve the Bay Area by assisting residents and developers with excellent customer care and expertise when it comes to utilizing green design for cost-effective stormwater management. She is committed to a lifestyle of wellness and does her very best in eliminating waste and carbon emissions in her day-to-day routine.
